About Cristian Maffione
Cristian Maffione, the Broker Owner and founder, began his journey as a Team Leader at RE/MAX in 2020. Since then, he has consistently maintained excellence within this prestigious brand, RE/MAX. In 2022, he opened the RE/MAX Paradise franchise and, thanks to him and his team of expert agents, in just 18 months it became the number 1 franchise in the entire tourist area of the eastern Dominican Republic.
On January 15, 2024, he decided to open another office, better located and more focused on becoming number 1 specifically in the most sought-after areas of Bávaro, Punta Cana, and Bayahibe Dominicus. This is how RE/MAX Lifestyle Punta Cana was born, and together with RE/MAX Bayside Bayahibe, they mark a turning point in the presence of RE/MAX in the country. Today, we make a significant difference in the market offering.
We provide the best pre-construction projects and resale properties throughout the tourist area, in terms of location, quality, price, and profitability. Our legal department ensures the security and stability of investments for all our clients. We have also specialized in advising and developing real estate projects from their inception, thus creating a completely unique and original personal brand.
Since May 2025, Cristian decided to move to West Estepona on the Costa del Sol, bringing his experience and knowledge to the area.
About Valerie Nuyttens
Originally from Belgium, I have built a strong professional background in customer relations, legal environments, and real estate. After more than 15 years working in client management and project leadership within the notarial and media sectors, I followed my passion and transitioned into real estate upon moving to Spain.
For the past one and a half years, I’ve been living and working in Estepona — a place I now proudly call home. As a real estate agent at RE/MAX, I guide both buyers and sellers through the entire process with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.
Beyond work, I’m passionate about community involvement and volunteer at the ADANA animal shelter in Estepona, where I adopted my beloved dog, Asha. I enjoy reading, long walks by the sea, and spending quality time with my family — my partner Christopher and my stepdaughter Chiara.
